Stage #1

The first and most important stage #1 Blue

This we term as the cognitive learning curve, as it is here we set out the primary thoughts on the ‘Matrix’ or zoned areas.

It is at this stage we lay the foundation and the learner is set of the first of five experiences in the journey to acquiring the ADWT skill set.

Stage #2

The second stage #2 RED

This we term as the ‘Associative’ learning curve, as it is here we begin the ‘Mechanic’ development, represented with more complex combinations & drills.

It is at this stage we begin the sensory neural programming, and the learner is set the second of five experiences in the journey to acquiring the ADWT skill set.

Stage #3

The third and beginning of the more advanced stage #3 NAVY

This we term as the ‘Autonomous’ or reprogramme ‘Autoreactive’ conditioning, as it is here we now begin the most ambidextrous of training; neural detection, response development, and overall behaviour.

It is at this stage the learner is set of the third of five experiences in the journey to acquiring the ADWT skill set.

Black Badge & Above

The Black Badge & Above BLACK

The ‘Black Badge’ is the recognised accomplishment of the last three stages. In brief, it represents a bench mark of the learners achievement to-date, now begins the maturity of the working knowledge on the previous 12 plans, performance development, and the conscious thinking on the principled practice with purpose. From the BB, the learner now has a greater horizon to work towards, in skill-set ability and comprehension, this being the teacher levels, represented by Bronze, Silver and Gold insignia

The final two of the five experiences in the journey to acquiring the ADWT skill set.
